Tariff - Rate AGA Lawyers

Fixed rate per hour € 105,- per hour (excluding VAT)
Clarity about the prices is of great importance to us. Also, each dispute or case is different regarding the circumstances and therefore the time required for the case in question. For these reasons, we charge our lawyers a fixed fee for an affordable rate of € 105 per hour (excluding VAT) A final settlement takes place at the end of the case. In most cases, you pay an advance at the beginning that is settled with the final settlement.

Costs lawsuit
We prefer to solve everything without a lawsuit, but if there is no other option to obtain your justice, we will litigate. The four costs listed below may occur in the event of a subpoena or lawsuit and will be charged to the client separately from the hourly rate or office costs if a lawsuit is initiated. The costs below do not belong to the rate of € 105 per hour (excluding VAT)

• Court fees: The court's costs for initiating proceedings. These costs are passed on to the client and depend on the claim amount, private individual or company and the like.
• Bailiff fees mean summons: When a summons has to be served, which is required by the court, the bailiff is called in. These costs of the bailiff are between  € 100.00 and € 150.00 per summons. Exactly the invoice amount of the bailiff is passed on to the client, as well as that you receive the original invoice from the bailiff, which we normally pay in advance.
• Travel costs and parking costs lawyer:  When a lawyer has to go to a hearing for a lawsuit with a client, there are travel costs and parking costs. These travel costs and parking costs are passed on to the client.
• Hiring  an external independent specialist for a specialist report: Sometimes an external independent specialist is needed for, for example, an expert report on a car, house and the like. If AGA Juristen have to incur these costs after the client's agreement, these costs will also be passed on to the client. Exactly the invoice amount of the external independent specialist is passed on to the client.

Insured for legal aid
If you are insured for legal aid, you are entitled by law to a free choice of a lawyer or lawyer, even if he or she does not work for the insurer. This means that you can engage us while your legal expenses insurer pays the invoice. So you do not pay anything to us, but you can use our expertise. We can help you request treatment from your insurance company.

Fixed fee – Fixed price agreement
It is often possible to make a fixed price agreement when the case lends itself to it and it is reasonable to estimate how many hours will be involved. You then pay a fixed amount for the whole thing. That way you know where you stand and you have certainty about the costs. At the beginning of the case you pay the first half of the fixed fee.
