Direct Debit: Collection
For each case, we look at the most effective way to collect your claim. We try to get personal contact with your counterparty in order to come to a constructive solution. This often leads to a payment and resolution of the conflict.
Possible follow-up actions
If your counterparty defaults on payment, possible follow-up actions will be looked at, such as legal proceedings or filing for bankruptcy. We always ask for your permission before we start a lawsuit.
Lawsuit
In a lawsuit before the subdistrict court, you act together with our lawyers. You are not alone. We can start legal proceedings before the subdistrict court and handle them for you from start to finish.
Do you already have a court ruling?
Then we can take care of the further execution process for you, such as seizure of income, (im)movable property, bank balances, shares, or in the event of evictions, for example. If you fear that your counterparty will dispose of valuable goods, there is the possibility of prejudgment attachment. This means that seizures can be made to secure recovery of goods. For this, permission must first be requested from the Preliminary Relief Judge. A short time later, legal proceedings will have to be conducted. Prejudgment attachment is certainly not applicable to every claim. It is a pricey affair with many conditions. If prejudgment attachment is possible in your case, we will inform you in detail about this.
