AGA Lawyers is an organization for legal services for which independently established lawyers perform legal work.

AGA Lawyers gets its customers (data subjects according to the GDPR) via its website: On this website, a contact moment is offered via a contact form, e-mail or via a telephone number. The intake of its customers can therefore take place both by telephone and in writing. When filling in the contact form, or by e-mail, the (potential) customer can choose to voluntarily provide certain personal data via info@agajuristen.nl.
The legal basis for the first personal data provision is therefore the consent of the customer.

All independently working lawyers have access to the website webmail.vevida.com/sogo on which the incoming written leads / customers are listed. The leads/assignments are then transferred by Mr. G. Goossens to one of the self-employed persons who can carry them out independently provided that they are also awarded the contract. When awarding the assignment by the customer / data subject to the self-employed person, it may be necessary that additional information is required. AGA and the self-employed will only use data from third parties if the third party has given permission for this.
The lead data to which the self-employed have access usually concerns the name of the customer (natural and or legal person), the company name, the e-mail address and the telephone number. AGA Lawyers will never ask for special personal data such as: health, criminal history, political colour or similar data. AGA takes care of the invoicing to the clients after the independently working lawyers have sent an invoice for the client in question to AGA lawyers for the benefit of G. Goossens.

Security website, laptops, phones and PCs
The website of AGA Lawyers is protected to the best of its ability against burglaries/hackers. The laptops, PCs and phones of the self-employed and owner are also protected by protection software and passwords.
The
data subjects have the right to request access, correction and deletion of their personal data at any time. They can address this request to info@agajuristen.nl and or the e-mail address of the relevant self-employed person who has or has had the matter under his or her care.
Retention period 7 years
The retention period of the personal data corresponds to the legal rules that the tax authorities apply to entrepreneurs. The debtors and/or accounts payable administration has a retention period of 7 years. Both AGA lawyers and the self-employed will organize their administration according to the legal regulations of the laws: income tax, corporate tax VAT tax law and the general rules of the AWR relating to the administration and obligation to provide information.
